1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Flurid Education Operating System (EduOS) platform, mobile applications, APIs, and services provided by Flurid Technologies India Private Limited ("Flurid", "We", "Us"). By creating an account or subscribing to Flurid, the educational institution ("Customer", "School", "University") agrees to be bound by these legal terms under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Description of Service

Flurid is an AI-powered Education Operating System (EduOS) designed to unify institutional operations including admissions, academic tracking, attendance, fee collection, communication, LMS, examinations, and analytics onto one connected platform. Flurid is sold on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription basis.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate institutional information during onboarding.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of Super Admin credentials and regulating role-based access for school staff, teachers, and parents.
• Customers must immediately notify Flurid of any unauthorized access or security compromise.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Customer Data Ownership: All institutional data, student records, academic content, financial ledgers, and parent communication records remain the sole and exclusive property of the Customer. Flurid claims no ownership over Customer Data.
• Flurid IP: All platform code, software designs, UI aesthetics, AI model logic, trade secrets, logos, and trademarks belong exclusively to Flurid Technologies.

5. Subscription Billing and Taxes

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per the chosen plan (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian Tax Law.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime Guarantee

Flurid guarantees a 99.9% application uptime commitment, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
